Masala oats recipe for weight loss

1. Plain oats – 1 cup 2. Onions – 1 small, chopped 3. Tomato – 1 medium,  4. Green Chilies – 2 Pcs chopped 5. Cabbage – 1/2 cup, chopped 6. Capsicum – 2 tbsp, chopped 7. Peas – 1 tbsp 8. Carrot – 2 tbsp, chopped

1. Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp 2. Corriander Powder – 1 tsp 3. Black Pepper – 1 tsp 4. Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tsp 5. Lemon – 1 tsp 6. Salt to taste 7. Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp 8. Cooking oil – 1 tbsp 9. Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp

Heat a pan, add cooking oil.

Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, let them splutter.

Next, add chopped onions and stir them. Next add all the veggies
