Milk (1 cup), tea leaves (2 tsp), sugar (2tsp), ginger (1 tsp shredded) and water (1/2 cup)
Take a saucepan and add water to it
Now heat the water on a stove and add tea leaves into it
Next, add shredded ginger into the boiling water
Now add sugar and let the water boil properly until it turns dark red
Now add milk into the boiling water and let it boil for another 1 minute
Make sure not to over cook your ginger tea. Once it turn light brown, turn off the stove
Filter the tea into a cup and enjoy your hot ginger tea with toast or healthy snacks
